What payments terms do you have?

At the moment, we only accept credit card, T/T, West union, PayPal, Alipay, for more payment terms please contact us.

What service do you provide?

We have stock products for sample check or customers who need quick delivery, ODM/OEM service are available for all products, custom packages, color, logo, shape.

If you have any other needs, it is a pleasure to help you purchase them with having less time and suitable price.

How do I make payments with you?

For wholesale business, there will be a deposit payment when you place the order, and balance needs to be paid before the shipping.

How does the order run?

For stocks products, please email or WhatsApp us for quick respond.

For custom products, we will check with all your requirements before order placed,

Afre order confirmed, the production starts after the deposit paid, we will produce a sample for you to check first, the production time depends on the products (normally a month）

All goods will be checked and packed well before the shipping, photos and videos will be shared for you at the same time. The goods will be delivered out after the balance paid.

How do you transport the goods?

For samples and small quantity, we normally delivery by express or air, which you can receive the goods faster and check, for large orders we deliver by train or sea.

Different transportation methods will have different transportation times.
